Some photographers capture moments. Others build visual universes that tell stories, reflect essence, and elevate brands. Gerardo Peña belongs to the latter. With over a decade of experience, he has established himself as a key figure in luxury and fashion photography in Mexico, known for his adaptability, refined aesthetic, and passion for detail.

Based in Mexico City, Gerardo’s journey behind the lens began with a deep interest in landscape and documentary photography. His early work was marked by visual exploration and a genuine curiosity for everyday emotions. But his path shifted dramatically when he was invited to join the official photography team for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Mexico (MBFWMx). That moment opened the door to a new world—one of style, sophistication, and creative challenge.
Since then, Gerardo has collaborated with some of the most prestigious national and international brands, including: VOGUE, GLAMOUR, Moët & Chandon, GUCCI, Rolex, Dior, Carolina Herrera, Omega, El Palacio de Hierro, Infinity, Volvo, YSL, D&G, Ermenegildo Zegna, Kurt Geiger, Rabbane, and many others. His portfolio includes commercial campaigns, editorial portraits, product photography, corporate events, interiors, and more.
